"Using Survey Results to Inform Decision Making and Planning for User
Centered Change"
Why assess? What is assessment? What do we mean by actionable data?
This workshop will explore the impact that current issues and assessment
have on libraries, strategies for gathering quantitative and qualitative
data, and mechanisms for using this information for decision making and
strategic planning. This session will focus on the creation of "actionable
data" and will demonstrate techniques that result in easily-produced,
significant information every time.
