The CT Forum is hosting "Talking Authors" on Thursday, May 1 at the Bushnell
Theatre in Hartford. Amy Tan, Alexander McCall Smith and Lemony Snicket (aka
Daniel Handler) are booked for a live, unscripted discussion before an
audience of 2,800. 

The Forum is offering book groups and fans the opportunity to meet and greet
these authors back stage and/or private receptions, get autographed books
and photos with the author of their choice, and more.  Librarians can direct
book group members and anyone else who may be interested to call

The Forum also offers discounted ticket rates that allow groups of ten (10)
or more to save up to $15 per ticket.

Orchestra/Front Mezzanine:     Single ticket ($60 each)
Groups of 10 - $50 each) 
Groups of 20 - $45 each

Mezzanine:    Single ticket ($50 each)
Groups of 10 - $40 each
Groups of 20 - $35 each

Balcony:    Single ticket ($30 each)
Groups of 10 - $20 each
Groups of 20 - $15 each
