[CLClist] Book Brigade Advice?

Dear Colleagues,

Next year we will be moving into our brand new library facility and we're hoping to get our entire school community (students, parents, faculty, staff) involved in moving our collection into the new building which is about 100 yards away. We are an
independent school with 570 students (three year-olds through ninth graders) and about 35,000 books. We're hoping to do a "book brigade" and would love any suggestions from people who have done something like this. What works? What doesn't? Any advice
would be appreciated.
