[CLClist] Problem Patrons?

Hi All:
Oh yeah, I'm sure you've all got plenty of 'em, but does anyone out there
know of a GOOD speaker on this thorny subject? (A month ago Deb Zulick and
Kris Abery thought they had the Black Belt Librarian all set to come to CT,
but NOT!)

One of our public libraries has some continuing education money to spend for
staff development this spring/summer, and would like to use it to address
the topic of problem patrons.

If you know of someone who does a good job helping public service staff to
cope with this challenge, please let me know off list and I'll get the word
out.
